A for Arizona announced recently 18 public K-12 school systems will receive Expansion and Innovation Fund grants to innovate and re-imagine how best to serve students in the 2020-21 school year.
Highland Prep, which has a campus in Surprise, is one of those districts.
First-round grants were funded by an initial $1 million contribution from Gov. Doug Ducey’s Emergency Education Relief fund through federal CARES Act monies to improve access to high-quality teaching and learning this school year.
